What is included in the software pricing?
The fee model includes a monthly platform fee, a monthly fee per eligible merchant and a fee per successful transaction. A one-time $2,500 white-label setup fee applies. Provider/acquirer fees and taxes are not included in this estimate.
How do the commitment discounts work?
The minimum commitment is 3 months. A 6-month commitment discounts only the monthly platform fee by 10%; a 12-month commitment discounts only that fee by 20%. Merchant, successful transaction and setup fees remain unchanged.
How are eligible and inactive merchants treated?
Merchant fees are subject to the contractual qualifying activity condition. Inactive merchant treatment depends on the contract. The calculator uses the eligible merchant count you enter, not a claim that every onboarded merchant is billable.
Is there a trial?
A 7-day trial is available. Discuss your scope and applicable terms with the OrkenFlow team. The minimum commitment is 3 months.
What happens when we exceed a plan capacity?
Move to the next tier: Starter supports up to 6 merchants, Basic up to 25, Business up to 75 and Enterprise over 75. The calculator flags an exceeded capacity and suggests a suitable tier.
Are payment provider charges or custom work included?
No. Processor, provider and acquirer commercial terms are separate from OrkenFlow software fees. Custom integration and development are scoped and quoted separately.
